If your ergoPouch order isn&apos;t in the condition as described and you wish to request a refund, please contact TREET within 72 hours of receiving your order to file a Misrepresentation Claim.Treet Protection: Treet Protection ensures you receive the promised item in the promised condition, or you&apos;ll get a full refund. We do not release funds to the seller until you&apos;ve verified the order on your Purchases page. If you have any issues, file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours.
