Need to Update Your Address?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to update your address, we will do our best to stop it before it ships, depending on its current status. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes can no longer be made.
To request an update, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “URGENT: Update Address” and include the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Address line 1 (street, number)
- Address line 2 (apartment, building, etc.)
- City
- Zip code
- Country
If your order is already being prepared for shipment, we are unable to make any changes, including modifying your delivery address.
Once your shipment is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. At that point, we recommend contacting your courier to redirect your parcel while it’s in transit.

- Australia (AEDT): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEDT
- USA (PST): Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST
Please note that any requests submitted outside of these hours or over the weekend will be addressed on the next business day and may be more challenging to process promptly.
