When can I convert my Skye Crib into a toddler bed?Updated a month ago
We recommend converting to the toddler bed configuration when your child shows signs of transitioning, including crib climbing, getting their limbs stuck in the bars, or when they show a desire to start using bedding, such as a pillow. Please note that, for safety reasons, you should not convert your crib to a toddler bed before your child is 2 years of age.
Once converted into a toddler bed with our Skye Junior Sideguard, place your child down to sleep with their head at the end of the rail that is attached, and their feet at the open end of the bed.
Our Skye Junior Sideguard is sold separately and is designed for use exclusively with the ellska Skye Crib. The interlocking assembly mechanism of Skye means it will not fit another crib, and cannot be mounted on a bed.
