What age can I use the Crib from, and to?Updated a month ago
The ellska Skye Crib is suitable for use from birth.
We recommend converting your ellska Skye Crib into a toddler bed (using the Junior Sideguard rail) once it is developmentally appropriate, or once they outgrow their crib, but not before age 2 years and over for safety. Once in the toddler bed configuration, your child can use the crib until they outgrow it.
The ellska Skye Crib has two mattress heights.
For newborns, the mattress should be set at its highest position (up to about 6 months). Once your baby can sit up independently, lower the mattress to its lowest setting to ensure safety and comfort.
In the lowest setting, your child can continue using the crib until they’re ready to transition to a toddler bed.
Please note that our Skye Junior Sideguard safety rail is sold separately. However, we do offer bundle options with Skye for additional savings.
